最近添い乳しながら寝てしまってサボりがちだったので、離乳食レポートが滞ってました(^_^;
土曜日・日曜日はキャベツがゆと鯛のすり流しを作りました。
鯛は尾頭付きを買うと目玉が飛び出る値段するので、お刺身を使います。
それでも1パック298円ですが・・・我が家にとっては、主菜にかける値段ではありません(T_T)
お父さんやお母さんだってあまり食べられないんだからね～、贅沢覚えちゃいかんぞ(笑)
鯛のお刺身を熱湯でゆでたら、少量のお湯をかけながらすりつぶします。
お刺身から作れば、骨や皮を取り除く手間が省けて楽チンです(^_^)
最初こそ、「いつもと違う・・・」という感じでしたが、まあまあの食いつきでした(^_^)
味付けしてないので、大人が食べるとあんまりおいしくないんですが、さすが高級魚ですね。
次はいつかな・・・すごく先だといいなぁ(笑)
そして今日は、にんじんがゆとしらす干しにチャレンジです。
しらす干しは赤ちゃんには塩分が多いので、離乳食に使うときはゆでて塩抜きをします。
ざるにあげたらすりつぶし、御影石みたいにしてできあがり(笑)
塩気のあるものを食べたのは今日が始めてだったので、少し困惑していました。
にんじんがゆもあまり食べず、今日はいつもの半分ぐらいの量でおしまいにしました。
さて、明日からはどうしようかなぁ・・・
というのは、しらすは塩分があるので、主菜というよりは副菜というか風味づけに使うべきで、
一度に食べるのは少量にし、主菜のたんぱく質は他のもので取らなきゃいけないらしいです。
今日はどのみち1口しか試さないつもりだったのでしらすのみでしたが、
明日はお豆腐とでも混ぜましょうかねぇ。
