今日は、つぶしがゆ＋大根のすりつぶしです。
いちょう切りにした大根を柔らかくゆでて、すりつぶしお湯でのばしたものをおかゆにトッピングです。
色が同じでようわからん(笑)
でも、それもよかったのか、水気が多くてのど越しがよかったのか、
今日は大さじ1＋小さじ1を完食でした☆
まあ、ぎりぎりの量という感じではありますが、完食って久しぶりだったので嬉しいです(*^_^*)
明日もこの調子で食べてくれるかな～♪
でないと、歯医者の時間に食い込んで、ベビーシッター役のお父さんが困ってしまう(笑)
